Youth For Community aims to provide our youth with the tools and resources they need to identify their communities needs and to develop sustainable and scaleable initiatives for lasting change.
This is an opportunity to take our community into our own hands, our youth hands and create the future we want and need.
The Breakdown
Somali Together program members work towards identifying community needs.

They learn how to create project proposals to address these needs.
3.
We provide resources, support and funding to launch these projects.
4.
Upon completion we evaluate to identify how to sustain/scale the projects.
